Foods to Keep In House or Left Out of the House

Foods to Keep In House:

    • Regular Olive oil

    • Virgin Olive oil

    • Pure peanut butter (ie. Kirkland's)

    • Black ground pepper

    • Ginger

    • Green onions

    • Garlic cloves (from Ontario, not from China)

    • Mrs. Dash

    • Mild curry powder (turmeric)

    • Garam masala powder (pepper, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin)

    • Chinese 5-spice powder (anise, cloves, cinnamon, sichuan pepper, fennel)

    • Water filter (ie. Brita or under sink 3M water filter system)

    • Fresh meat (chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks, legs, pork loin, pork tenderloin, flank steak, round beef) self-separated in to cooking sized portions in freezer bags and frozen in the freezer.

    • Pork bones (for soup)

    • Fresh vegetables (anything green and growing above the ground): broccoli, baby bok choy, string beans

    • Tomatoes

    • Passata di pomodoro (strained tomato puree)

    • Onions

    • Eggs

    • Milk

    • Soy milk

    • Almond milk

    • Cheese

    • Chickpeas

    • Wild rice

    • Shirataki noodles
